Captain Marketing guarantees to achieve 1st page Google search results for your local business for at least one approved keyword within 30-days of your keyword approval or your money back. If at any time within 30-days of your approval of the Captain Marketing submitted keywords, Captain Marketing produces 1st page Google search results for any of said keywords on the Google Sponsored Links, Organic, or Local Business listing results, then Captain Marketing has satisfied the 1st Page Google Guarantee requirement, and therefore, Buyer is not entitled to a refund of any kind. The aforementioned 1st Page Google Guarantee applies only to ”Local Businesses”, defined as only those businesses that derive substantially all of their income from people who live or work within a 100 mile radius the Buyers physical location(s).

Only in the event that Captain Marketing fails to produce 1st Page Google results as defined above, please provide Captain Marketing with written notice to the address listed on the website, or by email to support@captainmarketing.com containing words of such effect within 5-days after the 30-day guarantee time period has expired, and you will be promptly refunded in full within 3-business days of receiving said notice. Please include your email login in said communication so that we may properly identify your account. Failure to provide proper notice within the stated period shall be deemed a waiver, and Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of any kind.”

Except for the aforementioned, all sales are final. There are no refunds of any kind.
