Captain Marketing Internet Marketing Price Guarantee. Captain Marketing guarantees to beat any recognized internet marketing company's published monthly prices for the same services offered on any of Captain Marketing's packages for the following products only: SEO, Local SEO, PPC Management, Social Media Management, Video SEO, Google Instant Optimization, Reputation Protection, Online Coupons, and Customer Review Management. If any Captain Marketing client can produce written verification showing the exact same services offered for less by a recognized internet marketing company competitor within seven days of Client's purchase date, then Captain Marketing shall provide its comparable services completely free of charge for one full month. If such event should occur, Captain Marketing shall promptly refund the full purchase price paid to the Client within five business days of the price guarantee confirmation. All competitors’ pricing that Client believes is superior to that of Captain Marketing must be provided in writing to support@captainmarketing.com for evaluation within said seven-day period. Only those competitor's services and associated pricing received within said seven-day period, which clearly show the same services and material terms and conditions, including but not limited to the contract term, as those offered by Captain Marketing, but for less money will be deemed satisfactory and eligible for the price guarantee benefits as described above.
Any Set-Up Fees are expressly excluded from said comparison and any price guarantee consideration. Price comparisons shall be based on the Monthly Fee amounts only. With this said, comparisons made between a recognized internet marketing competitor offering higher Monthly Fees but lesser Set-Up Fees such that the aggregate of the two are lower than those of Captain Marketing for the same services, the following shall apply: Captain Marketing has met the price guarantee and does not need to provide any services free of charge, but agrees to refund to the Client the pro-rata portion of its Set-Up Fee so as to make its combined Set-Up Fee plus Monthly Fee equal to that of its competition.
Websites and custom website design work are excluded from said price guarantee considerable.
Except for the aforementioned, all sales are final. There are no refunds or credits of any kind. |
